Every edition of krishideepam is very informative and interesting. It is not the ruling parties or the minister but the persons responsible for this program is making the difference. As per his suggestion i have made a call to your place and I am very happy to say that the service provided by your team was superb. I am very happy with the answer. I had several bad experiences with other agricultural call centre. 1551. There people dont know how to give even basic answer.I am a full time farmer and I really appreciate your effort. I think you may require more publicity.

How can a citizen inform the requirements of a village to the Govt functionaries other than through Grama Sabha or through the Ward Member? Can any citizen address his problem to this site and will kissan-kerala project team send that to the concerned official?
Can the site give feed back on the problems/requirements raised after it is referred to the Govt official? |
