Enter all the details properly and press on the Post button. If the details are correctly entered you get a token number for future reference. Using this token number you can get an answer to your query from FAQs link after one or two days. You can enter the token number in the text box provided and retrieve the answer. If you have given an e-mail id, you will also get your answer in your e-mail address.
