Sir, I want to start a goat farm of 250 goats.. But starting I planned to start with 50 after 6month extending to 100 then to 150,200,250 with six month gaps.,, for license can show 50 goat with its shed and when I extend farm can I change it in lisence. Or I had to show them all 250 goats with that much shed

Dear Ajeesh, For licensing purpose farms are categorised into different classes based on the number of animals. In the case of Goat - upto 50 Class 1, from 51 to 100 class 2. from 101 to 200 class 3 and so on.The license fee , area required and other specifications depends on the Class.You can directly contact the Secretary of your pancahyat to get a clarification in this regard.
