This is not just a programme for farmers. This is one of the few programmes on TV that our entire family looks forward to watch together. In these times when agriculture is no more in prominence, this is perhaps the only window through which we can show our children what krishi in Kerala is like, or rather what it was like years back. Rice fields, coconut groves and the entire atmosphere of the programme take us back to the good old days when agriculture was the most important aspect of our daily lives in Kerala.
